1st Day

Krakow – Brewery Tour (40 min) with buffet dinner
Arrival at Krakow Airport. Transfer to your hotel and check in. Late afternoon visit at new renovated beautiful Lubicz Brewery to learn about the place and beer brewing process. Tour takes 40 minutes and includes beer tasting. Buffet Dinner at Brewery Restaurant you will be able to try herring tartare marinated in beer, served on pumpernickel bread, beer pretzels, beer soup with cottage cheese, pork ribs with flavor of honey, beer served on caraway cabbage and many more. Overnight stay in Krakow.

2nd Day

Krakow City Tour (3h) – Wieliczka Salt Mine (3h) – Folk Show Dinner

After breakfast walking tour of Krakow with local guide around magical Old Town (UNESCO) with its most important and spectacular monuments: Main Market Square, St. Mary’s Basilica, Cloth Hall, Wawel Hill and Cathedral. Lunch at very famous local restaurant Wentzl, located in Krakow center with fantastic view at Main Square Market. During the lunch you will able to try Polish traditional homemade broth with lamb ravioli, duck roasted with nuts & apples stuffing with gingerbread sauce served with dumplings and red cabbage, for dessert white chocolate caramel & pear delicacy with rose preserves.

Afternoon tour to Wieliczka Salt Mine (UNESCO), the only one salt mine in the world preserved in this condition, visited by more than 1 million tourists a year. The only salt mine in the world preserved in this condition. Visitors may take a walk of 2¸5 km through 3 levels in the Salt Mine down to 135 meters below ground level (400 steps), through underground lakes, various interesting geological forms, galleries, chambers and chapels. The lift will take you up. The highlight is the richly ornamented Chapel of Blessed Kinga.
At the evening dinner at regional Polish restaurant Wesele with Folk show. Polish specialties will start with traditional Polish soup made from fermented rye with egg, pork chop with fried cabbage and fried potatoes with dill, for dessert served hot, traditional delicate Krakow cheesecake topped with bitter chocolate. 3rd Day

Zakopane Mountain Region Culinary Tour
After breakfast transfer to Zakopane – the Polish Capital of winter sports, mountain tourism with the marvelous landscape in the Tatry Mountains,highland folklore, wooden houses and local specialties. During the excursion you will see local architecture and beautiful panorama over Tatra Mountains, admired from Gubalowka hill (1123m n.p.m) after taking funicular railway to it’s top. Lunch at one of the best, local restaurant Tradycyjna with the view of Tatra Mountains. Beautiful regional style interior, exquisite dishes make this restaurant an exceptional place to visit. During the lunch you will be able to try delicious local grilled highlander Oscypek, traditional sauerkraut soup with a smoked rib and potatoes, beef tenderloin decorated with foie gras , mushrooms and raspberry sauce,
served with potato casserole, for dessert local cake. After lunch walk to Krupowki Street for souvenir-shopping. On the way back to Krakow, short stop at Debno (UNESCO), to visit 15th century, wooden Gothic country church whit an exquisite original polychromatic wall decoration inside – a relic of unique beauty. On the way back to Krakow, buffet dinner at local wooden tavern with big variety of local food specialties: meat, fish, potatoes, lettuce, vegetables, pickles and desserts. Overnight stay in Krakow.

4th Day

Krakow
