Arrival at Gdansk Airport. Transfer by bus to your hotel with assistance of our local guide and check in.
Afternoon meeting with the guide in lobby and visit the Solidarity Centre Foundation ‘Roads to Freedom’
Exhibition. The ‘Roads to Freedom’ exhibition concentrates on the history of Poland during the 1956- 1989 years. ‘Soli-darnosc’ a political and social movement, was originated on the area of the former Lenin Shipyard in Gdansk in 1980.
Evening: Welcome dinner at the restaurant with Ceremonious beer barrel opening and beer seminar, during which we will tell you about the technology of beer brewing and some interesting beer facts. Northern Poland’s first brewery restaurant offers excellent precious beer brewed on site and unique cuisine. Restaurant is located in a historical grana-ry, once known as „Gora”, and today as „Nowa Pakownia”. The building was always considered to be “lucky”, because, unlike the other surrounding buildings, it has never been destroyed during the II World War.
After the dinner back to hotel and overnight stay in Gdansk.
Tri City Tour
Morning: After the breakfast, meeting with the guide in lobby, transfer by bus to Oliwa City. Presentation of the biggest European organs of last centuries in Oliwa’s Cathedralt, 20 minutes concert on Great Organs and then Park sightseeing. After the sightseeing we will drive to Sopot. Sopot – short walking tour on the longest wooden pier in Europe 560 m (1866 ft.) with beautiful panorama of Gdansk Bay and Monte Casino promenade.
Free time for lunch at the local restaurant with beautiful view on the Gulf of Gdansk.
Afternoon back to Gdansk by bus for sightseeing Old Town : St. Mary’s Church, City Hall, Golden and Green Gates, Nep-tune Fountain, Long Street. After the sightseeing back to hotel for relax and refresh.
Evening: Meeting with the guide in lobby, transfer by bus for the dinner to regional restaurant. Dinner at regional Kashubian’s cuisine restaurant, with live music. During the dinner you will be able to try delicious handmade dishes with only the finest natural products from local livestock, crops or fleece coming from Kashubian forests. Denmark does not contain artificial preservatives and are prepared only in a healthy, homemade way. You will be enjoying the soup turnip on Kashubian goose, Dumplings with cabbage and mushrooms, goose leg with cranberry horseradish sauce or home compote.
After the dinner back to hotel by bus and overnight stay in Gdansk.
Malbork castle tour
Morning: After the breakfast, meeting with the guide in lobby transfer to visit Castle of Malbork with the local guide.
Malbork it is a historical monument put on the UNESCO World`s Heritage list. This Gothic Castle is the biggest brick fortress in all the land and has been made a World Heritage Site! A tour of Malbork takes you back in time, allowing you to learn a bit about the lifestyle of these pious Knights and how they built such a massive structure so long ago. There are big collections of amber, arms and armory, coins, ceramics and other objects of art.
After the visit we will have time for lunch. Lunch will be at the restaurant, which is located in the castle, where we will taste old Polish stew / soup, called here “castle cauldron“.
Afternoon back to Gdansk by bus. Free time for shopping and relax.
Evening: Dinner in the best fish restaurant Tawerna in Gdansk. You’ll be able to eat delicious fish soup, baked cod with mushroom sauce on parsley butter and pear tart for dessert almond cream warm with vanilla ice cream portion. After the dinner back to the hotel and overnight stay in Gdansk.
HEL Ship cruise
Morning: After the breakfast, meeting with the guide in lobby, transfer by bus to Gdynia for ship-cruise to Hel Peninsula. During the trip the participants will visit Hel – a small fishing town located on the edge of a 25-metre peninsula. Wander the charming streets, lined with fishing-style cafés and restaurants. The major attractions of the tour will be a visit in Seals Aquarium and herring degustation in local restaurant.
Late Afternoon back to hotel by bus and then free time and relax .
Evening: Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay in Gdansk.
