National Park Ojcow is situated 16 km north of Krakow. Ojców National Park is one of the smallest in Poland.
Among great variety of animals living within the Park territory, the most interesting are bats. Most interesting places will surely have to include: Renaissance Castle in Pieskowa Skala, the largest in the park King’s Lokietek Cave, Dark Cave with prehistoric inhabitants, the ruins of a medieval King’s Casimir castle in Ojcow, an unusual rock called “Hercules’ Club”and the Cracow Gate. The lie of the land makes it a perfect place for recreation as well as for rock climbing.
