Warsaw City Tour – Czestochowa – Krakow
Breakfast and check out. Morning guided half day tour of Warsaw (duration 4 hours). Local guide will show you one of the largest city in Poland; the Polish capital. During the tour you will visit the city’s most important and interesting monuments. Among other things, the Royal Castle, Old Town and New Town Market Square and the Palace-Garden Complex in the Łazienki. After sightseeing, we drive to Krakow via Czestochowa; Jasna Gora Monastery which, along with Fatima in Portugal and Lourdes in France, is one of the most vivid and important pilgrimage sites of the entire Christian world. You will see not only the famous Black Madonna but also the monastery premises. After the visit we will continue to Krakow. Dinner and overnight stay in Krakow.
Krakow City Tour – Wieliczka
After breakfast half day tour of Krakow with local guide (duration 4 hours) around magical Old Town (UNESCO) with it’s most important and spectacular monuments: Main Market Square, St. Mary’s Basilica, Cloth Hall, Wawel Hill and Cathedral. Afternoon 3,5 hours tour to Wieliczka Salt Mine UNESCO`s listed, the only one salt mine in the world preserved in this condition, visited by more than 1 million tourists a year. Visitors may take a walk of 2¸5 km through 3 levels in the Salt Mine down to 135 meters below ground level (400 steps), through underground lakes, various interesting geological forms, galleries, chambers and chapels. Dinner and overnight stay in Krakow.
After breakfast we will enjoy a landscape tour of Zakopane – the Polish Capital of winter sports, mountain tourism and polish highland culture. You will discover the marvelous landscape in the Tatry Mountains, highland folklore, wooden houses and local specialties. We will visit the charming wooden old parish church and the most unique cemetery in Poland (Krzeptowki, Bachledowka). After that you will also have enough time to walk down Krupowki Street for souvenir-shopping. We stop at Dębno, a 15th c. wooden Gothic country church which has an exquisite original polychromatic wall decoration inside – a relic of unique beauty. The church is entered on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. Afternoon we return to Krakow. Dinner and overnight stay in Krakow.
Auschwitz-Birkenau – Wroclaw
Breakfast and check out. On the way to Wroclaw, we will visit Auschwitz – Birkenau Concentration Camp (duration 3,5 hours), symbol of horror, inhumanity and the Holocaust. In 1979 former concentration camp was entered on the UNESCO World Heritage List. After visit we will continue to Wroclaw. Dinner and overnight stay in Wroclaw.
Wroclaw City Tour
Morning half day guided tour of Wroclaw (duration 4 hours). We start our tour at the oldest part of the city – Ostrów Tumski with the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist and the two-level gothic Church of the Holy Cross. We then continue (on foot) to the University with its magnificent baroque Aula Leopoldina. The tour ends with a stroll around the Market Square where we are bound to be amazed at the beauty of the late gothic City Hall. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay in Wrocław.
Wroclaw – Lodz – Warsaw
After breakfast check-out and transfer to the Warsaw Airport via Lodz. 19th-century Lodz was the heart of the Polish textile industry, and the sheer number of factories there earned the city its reputation as the “Polish Manchester.” During your tour you will visit; Ksiezy Mlyn – industrial district of Lodz with the Scheibler fabric complex, the Old Town and the industrial complex of Poznanski family. Finally you will walk along the Piotrkowska Street – famous for exclusive shops and being the longest pedestrianized street in Poland. After visit we will continue to Warsaw airport. Have a nice flight!
